Mubarakan’s Box-Office Collection Jumps By 41 Per Cent On Day 2
Anil Kapoor-Arjun Kapoor starrer Mubarakan earned Rs 7.38 crore on Day 2, showing a phenomenal growth of 41 per cent
Anees Bazmee’s Mubarakan is gaining strength at the box-office thanks to great word-of-mouth publicity.
The comic caper starring Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Ileana D’Cruz and Athiya Shetty saw a growth of 41 percent on Day 2, collecting
Rs 7.38 crore on Saturday.

Mubarakan has collected Rs 12.63 crore in two days. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the figures.
He wrote: “#Mubarakan jumps on Sat… Records 40.57% growth… Biz should escalate on Sun too… Fri 5.25 cr, Sat 7.38 cr. Total: ₹ 12.63 cr. India biz.”

This is for the first time Chacha Anil Kapoor has worked with Bhatija Arjun Kapoor in a film.
Arjun Kapoor has a double role in the film. He plays Karan and Charan, identical twins who through a twist of fate end up being brought up as cousins. While one grows up in Chandigarh, the other is brought up in London.
The fun starts when their families start searching for a bride for Karan and Charan, unaware of the fact that they already have girlfriends. Their genius uncle, Kartar (Anil Kapoor) helps Karan and Charan unite with their ladyloves.

Directed by Anees Bazmee, Mubarakan also stars Neha Sharma, Rahul Dev, Karan Kundra, Ratna Pathak Shah, Pavan Malhotra, Anil Mange and Krishan Tandon.
A few trade experts gave their reviews to SpotboyE.com and had labelled Mubarakan as an entertainer.
Trade Expert Akshaye Rathi had said, "Mubarakan is the pick of the week. The word-of-mouth and the reviews are really good for the film.”
