Weekend Box-Office Collection: Shah Rukh Khan - Anushka Sharma’s Jab Harry Met Sejal Earns ₹45.75 Crore
Imtiaz Ali's directorial, Jab Harry Met Sejal earned Rs 15.50 crore on Day 3 taking the total collections of the film (till now) to Rs 45.75 crore

Day 1. The film’s collections registered a marginal drop on Day 2 and it
earned Rs 15 crore.

Now, Imtiaz Ali’s romantic saga seems to have got back on
track on the third day, for, it collected Rs 15.50 crore.
Trade analyst, Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to post the
weekend collections. He wrote, “#JabHarryMetSejal Fri
15.25 cr, Sat 15 cr, Sun 15.50 cr. Total: ₹ 45.75 cr. India biz... #JHMS(sic).”

Jab Harry Met Sejal released over a long weekend
and that worked in its favour. Day 4 is crucial too considering it’s a
holiday owing to Raksha Bandhan.
On Friday, Akshay Kumar-Bhumi Pednekar’s Toilet: Ek Prem Katha will hit theatres and Jab Harry Met Sejal is set to face stiff competition. Hence, weekdays are significant as well.

Film critic and author, Khalid Mohamed, labelled the film as gift-wrapped Bollywood bonanza.
In his review with SpotboyE.com, he stated, “This gift-wrapped Bollywood
bonanza doesn’t quite shine a light, or dare I say uplift your spirits. In lieu
of deluxe entertainment, there you are with a bickering (for starters) twosome
taking off on a wild goose chase. Quack, before it melts into tedium.”
