Arbaaz & Malaika Reunite For A Family Holiday In Goa
They were last spotted together at the Family Court in Bandra but Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan have reunited in Goa to ring in 2017
This holiday season, Bollywood exes are trying their best to play happy families. After Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan bonded on the beach in Dubai, now Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora have put their differences aside for the holidays (Hrithik And Sussanne Holiday Together In Dubai With Kids, Dec 28).
The couple are in the middle of divorce proceedings and things had got tense when Malaika demanded Rs 10 crore as settlement (Malaika Arora demands Rs 10 Crore (Min) Settlement from Arbaaz Khan?, Dec 26).
But Arbaaz surprised all by joining Malaika and her family on their New Year holiday in Goa.
Malaika had been posting pictures of her vacation with her girl gang including sister Amrita Arora Ladak. But Amrita's latest picture from Goa was surprising because a smiling Arbaaz was a part of it.
We had earlier told you that estranged couples in tinsel-town have been trying hard to be good parents and Arbaaz-Malaika are among them (8 Bollywood Estranged Jodis Who Are Amazing Parents!, Dec 29).
Malaika and Arbaaz filed for dissolution of their marriage based on mutual consent in November.
The two got married in 1997, and have a son Arhaan who is 14 years old. Both of them, are currently in the middle of counselling sessions.

As per law, after the filing of the divorce petition, the court gives the couple a period of 6 months to mull over reconciliation. If that doesn't happen, the court agrees to dissolve the marriage. This is the procedure being followed for this case as well.
So, will Arbaaz and Malaika buck the trend of ugly divorces and have an amicable split? The signs definitely point towards it.
