Karan Johar’s
twins – Yash and Roohi – turned one on February 7 and the doting dad
hosted a day-long bash which had Taimur Ali Khan, AbRam, Aaradhya Bachchan,
Adira, Laksshya Kapoor, Misha Kapoor, Inaaya Naumi and Azad Khan along with
their celebrity parents in attendance.
Karan’s
‘students’ – Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra – also turned up to
wish the one year olds.
This morning, we
woke up to the news that Alia and Varun chatted up at the bash but the actress
maintained distance from former beau, Sidharth.
However,
SpotboyE.com has it that Alia and Sidharth WERE NOT present at the bash at the
same time.

Says a source,
“Alia and Sidharth ended on a rather ugly note and Karan is well-aware of their
‘less than cordial’ equation at the moment. Thus, he managed their timings in
such a way that they did not cross paths at Yash and Roohi’s bash. He wanted to
avoid an awkward moment at all costs.”
Adds the source,
“Alia was the first to arrive at the party followed by Varun. The actress
stayed at the party for a few hours and left by late evening. Some time after
that, Sidharth turned up.”

You may recall
that Karan tried his best to reunite Alia and Sidharth but to no avail.
While this time
Karan made sure the former lovebirds do not come face-to-face, in November last
year, Alia and Sidharth had steered clear of each other at International
Film Festival Of India (IFFI) in Goa. The two came in and left the city at
the difference of 2 hours but did not make an attempt meet.
FYI, Alia has
undoubtedly moved on and speculations are rife that she is getting up, close
and personal with her Brahmastra co-star, Ranbir Kapoor. SpotboyE.com was
