When it comes to endorsing innerwear, a string of
Bollywood actors such as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali
Khan, Ranveer Singh and Hrithik Roshan among others have successfully managed
to charm fans.
Now, SpotboyE.com has it that another actor has joined
the bandwagon. Who is it, you ask? Well, it’s none other than South star, Rana
Daggubati.
Rana Daggubati Poses For A Photo Shoot
We hear, the actor is endorsing a well-known innerwear
brand and shot for its commercial on Monday.
Says a source, “Rana has been working on his body to get
into shape for the ad shoot. He was on a
strict diet and trained under Kunal Gir, who was also responsible for his
drool-worthy bod in Baahubali.”

“In fact, Rana made sure that Kunal was keeping a hawk’s
eye on every shot so that there was no room for error as far as the
presentation was concerned,” adds the source.
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that the actor is all
set to debut on the digital space with a bilingual fiction digital series
titled Social. The show revolves four
different individuals who come together to solve the mystery of a missing girl.
The series is being directed by Shashi Sudigala (of Mona Darling fame). Naveen
Kasturia and Canadian actor Priya Banerjee will be seen in pivotal roles along
with Rana.

Talking about his role, Rana said in a statement, “My
character in Social is a very simple, organised and a good hearted guy, who I
relate to quite a bit, except the organised part. He loves his family but isn’t
a very social guy, however he has to work with a group of people to find his
missing sister. What got me to sign this show is that it is an extremely
interesting script and Shashi is an amazing director to work with.”
Coming back to Rana’s endorsement, we can’t wait to see
how the actor fares in his turn as an innerwear model.
