Irrfan Khan Debuts On Instagram, Shares Throwback Pictures
Actor Irrfan Khan debuted on Instagram today and shared a few pictures with his fans giving them a sneak peek of his childhood
Irrfan Khan debuted on Instagram today. The actor shared three of his
childhood photos and his passion for cinema is quite evident even then.
In the first picture, Irrfan is seen recreating the famous Jai and Viru moment
where Dharmendra sits on Amitabh’s shoulders playing the harmonica.
The first picture was put up with the caption: “This is our poster
inspired by the #Sholay poster. #FilmyInfluence”
In the second picture, Irrfan is seen riding a horse. The photo was
posted with a caption: “Somebody told me that to be an actor you must know
horse riding … so whenever I went to ride (or learn to ride - which I didn't at
that time), I made it a point that when I sat on the horse … my look would be
inspired by Rajesh Khannaji …. ;) Hero toh banna hi tha! #FilmyInfluence.”
In the third picture, the actor posed like Gabbar Singh from Sholay.
“Though we weren’t allowed to watch cinema we used to watch a few movies .. And
take pictures and weave a story around it… it would capture our minds … and it
would be upto us and you to decipher what these stories would be!

Very recently, the 50 year old actor expressed his desire to work with
Kangana Ranaut. He hoped that Kangana would cast him in her directorial debut
Teju. Irrfan and Kangana were to collaborate for a film titled Divine Lovers.
Kangana refused, as she was keen on taking up solo projects. Then Irrfan
commented saying Kangana was out of reach. Nonetheless, the two buried the
hatchet.
