Sushant Singh Rajput's death case has now taken a different turn after Bihar Police started investigating the case. The late actor's father filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and reportedly accused her of abetment to suicide. Amidst the investigation, recently, TV actress Ankita Lokhande spoke to Republic where she revealed that Sushant was not the kind of a man who will fall into depression. The actress who was dating him for years until 2016 said that she hadn’t been in touch with him since they parted ways but shares a close bond with his sisters and Father. In her interview, Ankita revealed how his elder sister named Rani told her that she is losing her brother.
While speaking to Republic, Ankita revealed that in November 2019, his sister had gone to meet Sushant as he was down with dengue. She wanted him to go with her, and he had agreed too. However, later he backed out for some reason. “She said ‘I felt some kind of pressure on him’,” Ankita said. “Because Sushant never used to go against Rani di. After his mother, Rani di was the only one whom everybody listened to. I was shocked to know this, because in the entire time that we were together, it hadn’t happened even once that Sushant went against Rani di.” Ankita said that Sushant’s sister told her, “I am losing my brother."
The Pavitra Rishta actress also revealed how his sister was worried as Sushant distanced himself from them. “Rani di was worried if there is anyone who is influencing him, because Sushant was not somebody who would listen to anybody,” Ankita said. “Over the past year, Sushant had distanced himself from his sisters, I know this.”

In her interview with Republic, Ankita also mentioned that “Sushant was never the kind of person who would commit suicide over money issues.” Meanwhile, as reported, on Thursday, the actress was interrogated for an hour by the Bihar Police.
