Sushant Singh Rajput Shares Sanjana Sanghi's Personal Chat On Twitter To Prove His Innocence

Recently, Sushant Singh Rajput and casting director Mukesh Chhabra have been accused of sexual misconduct by their Kizie and Manny actress, Sanjana Sanghi. In July, the actress accused her co-star, Sushant Singh Rajput of sexual harassment. Reportedly, Sanjana even spoke about Sushant’s behavior to director Mukesh Chhabbra, but he simply “laughed off the matter”. Later, when Sanjana’s parents came on set to speak to the director who reportedly asked them to “keep a strong gut if their daughter was expecting to have a long run in showbiz”.

Well, soon after the allegations were made, it was said that Sushant Singh Rajput’s verification badge was revoked by Twitter. Now, the actor has reacted to harassment accusations by taking to social media to share the screenshot of his chat with Sanjana. Sushant writes, “I feel sad to reveal personal information but it seems that there is no other way to state what was, in the midst of this curated and well timed smear campaign. From the first till the last day of the shoot, this is what happened on the Set with Sanjana.”

Clearing the air about his Twitter verification badge, he wrote, “And for all those deliberately using the missing of Twitter ‘blue tick’ to substantiate their false claims, allow me to tell you that it is not there since 5th of September. Get your facts checked before jumping to conclusions that you so eagerly want to.”

Not only this, after being accused of sexual harassment, Fox Star Hindi suspended Mukesh Chhabra from his directorial debut Kizie Aur Manny. Announcing the news on social media, they wrote, “As a responsible organisation, Star India takes any allegation of sexual harassment of women at workplace very seriously. Hence, Fox Star Studios has suspended the services of Mukesh Chhabra, director of our film Kizie Aur Manny, which is under production, till the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of M/s Mukesh Chhabra Casting Company concludes its inquiry into the allegations against him."
