A few hours back, we told
you about the grand event at the IPL finale, where stars like Salman Khan,
Jacqueline Fernandez, Katrina Kaif and more are slated to perform. The
two-hour long segment before the final match will be called, Cricket Ke Baad
Party Toh Banti Hai and will be hosted by Ranbir Kapoor.
However, according to a
report in Mumbai Mirror, the job of hosting the segment was initially Ranveer
Singh’s. But due to some work commitments, Ranveer pulled out of IPL at the nth
hour. Thankfully, Ranbir Kapoor agreed to step in and take the reins.
Buzz is that the Jagga
Jasoos actor is being paid a whopping amount of Rs 1 crore for the show. You
may recall that SpotboyE.com had told you exclusively that Ranveer was suppose
to perform at the opening ceremony of the tournament, but due to his
shoulder injury, Hrithik Roshan was brought on board to perform instead.
And this time, it’s Ranbir who
has come to the rescue. Talking about the performances at this grand finale,
while Katrina Kaif will be seen grooving to her hit numbers like Swag Se
Swaagat, Kartik Aaryan will shake a leg on songs like- Bom Diggy & Dil Chori
from his last release, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. Salman and Jacqueline will
enthrall audience with their sizzling hot chemistry by dancing on Heeriye from
Race 3.
