Yesterday, we
brought you updates and pictures from Gautam Rode and his ladylove, Pankhuri
Awasthy’s sangeet, haldi and cocktail night. The duo danced like no one’s
watching and also recreated Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif’s Dil Diyan Galla moment
too.
And
now, here are the pictures and videos from their D-day! The wedding took place
in a royal style at Tijara fort Alwar, Rajasthan.

Well, an emotional moment was also captured during the wedding function where
we can see the bride bidding goodbye to her family.
A few months ago, the couple had exchanged rings on the auspicious occasion of Diwali. After getting engaged, Gautam shared the first picture with his fiancée, Pankhuri and captioned it, “Start of a new journey. Thank u friends for all your lovely wishes.” Pankhuri too took to her Instagram to thank her fans for the wishes and wrote, “I carry the sun in a golden cup, the moon in a silver bag. Thank you everyone for your wishes and blessings.”
Gautam,
while speaking to a leading daily had said, "Yes, me and Pankhuri recently
got engaged and I feel lucky to have found a partner like her. We share
the same wavelength and she fits into my family perfectly."
Gautam
and Pankhuri met on-the-sets of Sony TV’s show, Suryaputra Karn and soon love
blossomed.
