Arjun Kapoor: I've literally shed my blood for Ki & Ka

R Balki’s upcoming family drama Ki & Ka is getting a lot of praise since its trailer released last evening. The film challenges gender biases in India and shows Arjun Kapoor as the stay-at-home husband and Kareena Kapoor Khan as the bread-winner of the family.
Arjun too has been getting a lot of praise for portraying the character with so much conviction. So, did he actually chop so many vegetables as is shown in the trailer?
Pointing towards his fingers, he said, “I did get hurt while shooting the chopping scenes and the stitches on my fingers prove it. You can see the same stitches in the shots as well in the film. So, I can say that I literally shed my blood for this film.”
Arjun added that he had never stepped into the kitchen of his house, but before he started shooting for this film, he did manage to train a bit at home.
