Shah Rukh Khan may have thousands of fans dying to look like him, but do you know whom the super-star wanted to resemble during his growing-up years?
Well, the 80s’ heart-throb, Kumar Gaurav. During the trailer launch of his upcoming film Fan yesterday, King Khan said there was a time when people in fact felt that he actually resembled the Love Story (1981) actor. “I used to love hearing that. It made me feel that I look as good as him. In fact, when I shifted to Mumbai, Kumar Gaurav was the first person I wanted to meet,” SRK recalled.
However, he later started feeling that he looks like Hollywood actor Al Pacino. “But now, at the age of 50, I think I resemble my father. And there will come a time in my life when I’ll be very proud to look like myself,” Shah Rukh said amidst deafening applause.
