Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are finally engaged! After
the puja in the afternoon which was followed by a ring exchanging
ceremony, the couple hosted a bash for their industry friends last night. The
glitzy event had the actress’ close friends in attendance.
Parineeti Chopra came in first. The actress opted for
a Hemant Nandita netted black dress and paired it with black heels. She
kept her make-up minimal and left her tresses loose. Also seen in a black
number was Alia Bhatt who arrived to congratulate the couple in a tiered hem
dress by Cinq a Sept. She teamed this outfit with transparent heels and just
like Parineeti, left her hair down. She was all smiles as she posed for
shutterbugs.
Anusha Dandekar opted for a red number for the night. The
VJ carried a beige sling bad along and partially tied her hair at the
back. Keeping the Bharat controversy aside, Salman Khan’s sister, Arpita
Khan was part of both the Roka ceremony and the engagement bash. She paired a
printed Golce Gabbana dress with Yves Saint Laurent heels and entered the party
with Mushtaq Sheikh. Finally, the Ambani family – Mukesh, Nita and Isha – also
made their presence felt as they turned up to bless the newly engaged couple.
