What Anushka Sharma wore on her life’s most special day,
cannot be described using any adjective. Her bridal outfit is surely
topping a would-be bride’s wardrobe list.
Yet again, Virushka's bridal outfits were designed by
Sabyasachi.
Anushka wore a pale pink fully embroidered lehenga and
added a lot of flowers to her look. Her handcrafted jewellery had a lot of
uncut diamonds and Japanese pearls.
The entire ambience of the wedding and Anushka-Virat’s
outfits were blending beautifully.
The ace designer took to Instagram to share more details
about the bride and groom’s wedding outfit. He wrote, “A pale pink lehenga with
Renaissance embroidery in vintage English colours embellished with silver-gold
metal thread, pearls and beads. Bridal jewellery handcrafted with syndicate
uncut diamonds, pale pink spinel and baroque Japanese cultured pearls by the
Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery collection.”
“Ivory raw silk sherwani hand-embroidered in a vintage
Benarasi pattern and signature House buttons with an old Rose silk Kota safa.”
He even shared a picture of Anushka Sharma getting ready
just before her pheras with a caption, “In a Sabyasachi uncut diamond and
spinel choker, earrings and mathapatti. But we think the hero is the lush
Tuscan hydrangeas! There is something so ethereal about brides wearing fresh
flowers in their hair! It is a crowning glory!”
