Get Out Trailer is Bone-Chilling

Hollywood has few African American heroes and Daniel Kaluuya is out to change it with Jordan Peele’s Get Out. The trailer of the film dropped a few hours ago and it’s nothing like we’ve seen before.

The trailer shows a young mixed-race couple, Chris (Daniel Kaluuya) and Rose (Allison Williamson), who go on a holiday to a remote village, only to find out that all the African Americans in the area have either disappeared or aren’t quite there, even when they are. Daniel Kaluuya was earlier seen in the TV series Skins and with Rowan Atkinson in Johnny English Reborn and Kick-Ass 2

Jordan mixes bad ole racism with horror and brings out a dish so fresh and unique, we were transfixed by what we saw. The background music of the trailer is haunting and just what would make the audience remember the trailer and the audience long after they have seen it. And then there’s a harrowing sequence with Catherine Keener.

There’s no release date fixed yet for this psycho-horror, but the trailer promises a February release.
