She was recently in news when the producers of Tu
Aashiqui ordered her to kiss her co-star Ritvik Arora on-screen, and her
mother refused to allow her young daughter to indulge in any kind of physical
intimacy.

Jannat Zubair started her acting career in 2009-10.
Jannat Zubair was first seen in the popular Hindi TV Show, Dill Mill Gayye, where she played the role of a child patient named Tamanna.
However, she gained recognition with the Colors TV show Phulwa.
She even bagged the Indian Telly Award and the Gold Award for Phulwa in 2011.
The 16-year-old also played a pivotal role of young Phool Kanwar in Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap.
Till now, Jannat has acted in more than 15 TV shows.
