Since a few days news of various celebrity couples taking part in Nach Baliye 8 is doing the rounds. The top contenders being- Divyanka Tripathi-Vivek Dahiya, Keith Sequira-Rochelle Rao, Bharti Singh-Harsh Limbachiyaa , Suyyash Rai-Kishwer Merchant. Although no confirmed list is out till now, these celebrity couples are said to be almost finalized.

Keith even confirmed the news of being approached by the makers of Nach Baliye. While talking to a section of media, he said, “Yes, I have been approached. But we are still figuring out things. It has not been finalized yet because of date clashes as I am also shooting for another show.”
However, SpotboyE.com has learnt that among these starry celeb couples, there will be one couple who hails from the sports background. Wrestler Geeta Phogat will be participating with her husband, Pawan Kumar. Well yes, Geeta Phogat has been asked to flaunt her dance moves in the show alongside experienced dancers.
Aamir Khan’s Dangal was based on the life of Geeta Phogat and her father Mahavir Phogat, who has coached Geeta through her wrestling career. Geeta is a freestyle wrestler who won India's first ever gold medal in wrestling at the Commonwealth Games in 2010. She is also the first Indian female wrestler to have qualified for the Olympic Summer Games. Her life journey is full of ups and downs and that’s exactly what was portrayed in Dangal.
