the role of Prema in the show has been replaced, after she was bitten by a

production house (Optimystix, helmed by Sanjeev Sharma & Vipul D Shah)
and the channel (Star Bharat) are being blamed that they did not have a
heart to wait for her to recover, we have it from our khabri that Reena was
very unhappy with the show and had made up her mind to walk out from it
by April 30 latest.
Says the source,
"Reena wanted to quit because she wasn't happy with the way her track was
proceeding. She didn't have much to perform, of late. Besides, she felt
that whatever scenes and dialogues she was given were just too
monotonous."
Did she not
express her displeasure? Reveals the source, "She did. She spoke to Team
Star Bharat and Optimystix but they told that they couldn't do anything about
it."

"So, it was only fitting that Reena walks out from the show now itself.
Anyway, her wound needed some more time to heal and by the time it healed
completely for her to report on the sets, it would have been nearing April
end."
