Ekta Kapoor and Star Plus for Season 3 of Naagin were at advance level.
Even though last two
Seasons of the show were telecast on Colors, this time Ekta had knocked at Star
Plus’ doors, because of budget issues.
The supernatural show is
an expensive production bet and Ekta felt Colors could not allocate the
required funds for the show. That’s when she walked into the Star India
office and the talks with them had reached an advanced stage. It was
decided that Naagin 3 will come to Star.
On Feb 21, SpotboyE.com brought to you that while Ekta
had approached Star Plus, Colors were planning on launching a brand new Naagin
show on their channel, to be helmed by popular TV producer Rashmi Sharma. We
had reached to Ekta and Rashmi both to confirm the news, but our texts had gone
unanswered.
