We are puzzled that how chalk can be compared to cheese. Sony, we hear, is mighty happy with Sunil Grover's TRPs with his Supernight With Tubelight. Then, who is out to malign him?
That The Kapil Sharma Show has fared better than Supernight With Tubelight (on June 18) is the most absurd comparison to make. While Kapil Sharma's show register 4.4 million impressions, Sunil Grover's show registered 3.8 million impressions.
We wonder who wanted this story, which is out almost everywhere, to see the light of day. Kapil Sharma? Or his gang of Chandan Prabhakar (who returned to him recently), Kiku Sharda (Loyalist No 1) and Bharti Singh (the new entrant for a month)?

Supernight with Tubelight was seen by many as an acid test for Sunil Grover if he could match Kapil Sharma in TRPs.

India-Pakistan final in Champions Trophy had compelled Sony (broadcasters of both, Kapil & Sunil's show) to telecast it on a day different to that what it had announced in the promo.

Meanwhile, Sony is now busy with The Drama Company scheduled to go on air from July 16. Mithun Chakraborty.
