Ekta introduced her Naagin in a new poster. She wrote,

You may recall, we were the first ones to tell you that
Karishma is joining the cast of Naagin 3 that includes Surbhi Jyoti and
Anita Hassanandani.
Karishma’s first look makes us eager to see what Anita’s
and Surbhi’s look will be like.
Meanwhile let us also remind you that Karishma's journey
in the show for now, will only last a few months. The actress’ character
will die some months into the show, as planned by the creative team and the
writers of Naagin 3.
