Gautam Rode and Pankhuri Awasthy’s marriage pictures are going viral. Since morning, the two have flooded Instagram with pictures from their pre wedding ceremonies. And now, here comes their haldi ceremony.

Gautam tied the knot with her long time girlfriend Pankhuri Awasthy last night in Alwar, Rajasthan.

A source close to the actor said, “The couple got married yesterday and kept it a hush-hush affair.”

A few months ago, the couple exchanged rings on the auspicious occasion of Diwali. After getting engaged, Gautam shared the first picture with his fiancée, Pankhuri and captioned it, “Start of a new journey. Thanku friends for all your lovely wishes.” Pankhuri too took to her Instagram to thank her fans for the wishes and wrote, “I carry the sun in a golden cup, The moon in a silver bag. Thank you everyone for your wishes and blessings.”

Gautam, while speaking to a leading daily had said,"Yes, me and Pankhuri recently got engaged and I feel lucky to have  found a partner like her. We share the same wavelength and she fits into my family perfectly."

Gautam and Pankhuri met on-the-sets of Sony TV’s show, Suryaputra Karn and soon love blossomed.

They dated for a couple of years before deciding to take their relationship to the next level.

The couple is soon expected to make an announcement about their wedding.
