Bollywood gets its reality check every Friday as a film hits the theatres, but for soap operas, every day is a test. The TRP chart fluctuates every week and the game to retain the top spot is very difficult. This week the TRP game has witnessed a change with Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 making it to the top spot again. With 31.3 ratings, Balaji’s show that also features Karan Singh Grover is on number 1 position.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai that features Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan holds the second position with 28.8 points. On the third spot, we have Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke that has Rhea Sharma and Shaheer Sheikh in the lead. It registered 27.0 points on TRP charts this week. On the fourth position is a comedy show followed by Sanjivani 2. Amitabh Bachchan’s quiz reality show Kaun Banega Crorepati has shown some jump and is on the sixth position with 18.7 TRP rating. It could also be because for the first time in this season, a contestant reached the Rs 1 crore mark. On the seventh spot, we have Bepanah Pyaar while on 8th, there’s Kulfi Kumar Bajewala. Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is on the 9th while Pragya’s show Kundali Bhagya on the 10th position with 8.9 points.
