We had told you that the Kumkum star Juhi’s marriage is over. It was reported that Juhi and Sachin have been living separately for almost a year now, with their four-year-old daughter Samaira staying with Juhi.

And now SpotboyE.com can tell you that reconciliation is not on the cards because the TV stars have started talking to high-profile lawyers to represent themselves in family court. It is not wrong to assume that the divorce will be filed soon.

SpotboyE.com has it from confirmed sources that the divorce will be filed with ‘mutual consent’, which implies that the proceedings will not be dragged. The terms and conditions between the estranged couple will be sorted and settled, with relative ease.

It remains to be seen, who will get custody of their daughter Samaira, though the chances of Juhi being the one who gets custody is high.

Reports of Juhi and Sachin’s marriage hitting a rough patch had first started circulating earlier in 2011, but the couple had put up a united front against it. Soon, they welcomed their daughter.

Juhi Parmar had returned to TV with Karmphal Data Shani, a popular mythological show on Colors while Sachin was seen in shows such as Sinndoor Tere Naam Ka, Balika Vadhu, Banoo Main Teri Dulhann and Naagin.
