Kapil Sharma
doesn’t have a smile on his face right now. He is emotional but the happiness
of completing 100 successful episodes of his comedy show had to be shared with
everyone. And that’s what he did on his century episode.
In a clipping
released by the channel, Kapil Sharma is seen thanking his entire team for the
mega success of his show as it’s running its 100thepisode in the coming
week. Navjot Singh Sidhu is also a part of the episode.
Although Kapil
didn’t take anyone’s name (we wonder why?) but hinted that he is thankful to
those who are not present on the show currently.
Kapil Sharma
started his Thank You speech with a straight face, low energy and said, “Aaj
humare show ka sauva (100) episode hai, humare sab darshako ka shukriya, sabhi
celebrities, poori team-on stage and back stage, jo log humare saath hai aur jo
nahi bhi hai, unn sab ka shukriya...”
While Sidhu added
an emotional touch to the speech by saying that the show is not one man’s show-
it’s a bouquet of flowers created by God, and doesn’t belong to any one person,
it belongs to the entire nation. He also requested everyone involved in the
show to keep it together.
Well, Kapil might
have not named them explicitly but the sadness in his eyes makes it obvious
that he is feeling the absence of Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar and Chandan
Prabhakar.
Otherwise the
scenario of The Kapil Sharma Show’s century episode would have been something
different.
