Yesterday, news of Kalki
Koechlin making her Television debut with Gul Khan’s upcoming show, Nazar, on STAR plus,
made headlines. It was reported that the actress, who played a daayan in her
2013 film, Ek Thi Daayan, will play Mahadaayan in the show. Sorry to disappoint
fans, but that’s not happening.

Well, if you thought that
Kalki will spook you out with her antics in Nazar, then here’s some
disappointment. SpotboyE.com has found out from its well-placed sources that
Kalki is not a part of the show and is not playing a Mahadaayan too.
Not just this, we also
have it that Monalisa, who is portraying the role of Daayan in the same show,
will not be a part of it for a long time. Her character will die in 3 episodes
and Monalisa’s on-screen son (played by Harsh Rajput) will get possessed by her
evil spirit.

We contacted Monalisa to know more details about the
show, however, the actress refused to divulge details and simply replied, “I am
not allowed to talk on this, extremely sorry but you can ask the channel,
instead.”
