Shakti Arora And Drashti Dhami’s Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka Slammed For Promoting Adultery

Colors' popular show Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka has come under the scanner by self-confessed social media police. The makers are receiving backlash for ‘promoting infidelity’ on the show. The show that stars Drashti Dhami, Shakti Arora and Aditi Sharma in the lead roles, revolves around the story of a married couple, Kunal (played by Shakti) who falls in love with his wife Mauli’s (Aditi Sharma) best friend Nandini (Drashti Dhami).

A few days back we had reported that a lovemaking scene had been shot between Shakti and Drashti, that was to be telecast that night. Colors TV also shared a video of the same on their social media handle. As soon as it went up, fans started commenting below it with messages like, “this show should go off air, such a pathetic and disgusting show” and “Beshrmm Dono...nanidini ko ghr Mai rehne ke liye mauli ne jgha d or je besharm ussi ko cheat kr RI hai.”

Some other users wrote, “People will stop believing in their best friends yarr, pls don't spread wrong message in society through such serials.”

One of the trolls demanded the show should go off-air. His comment read, “Promoting these shows will do you no good. How can someone opt for an extra marital affair over a freaking good show like Udaan? #DontEndUdaan Pleaseeee.” Check out a few other trolls below:

Another user comment on the post read, “How can such kind of serials are being promoted through Colors channel. This kind of serial are actually giving wrong picture to the society and also such serials should not be shown on national TV just to raise the TRP. (SIC)”
