Kapil even tweeted tagging Akshay Kumar who was a part of it, requesting Colors to air the last episode- but in vain.

Instead the time slot was given to Kapil’s rival show Comedy Nights Bachao which featured Milap Zaveri, Sunny Leone and Vir Das. And that's what we call adding salt to injury, isn't it?

The show's producer and Kapil's girlfriend Preeti Simoes on January 16 had tweeted while editing the last episode:
But it seems, yesterday even Preeti was not informed that the episode had been pulled off from playout. It was only around 9:35 pm that Preeti realised what Colors had done to them.
