Preity Zinta tied the knot with boyfriend Gene
Goodenough in an intimate wedding ceremony in Los Angeles on March 1 this
year, and pictures from their hush-hush nuptials are finally out for you to
see.
The bride and groom looked oh-so-royal, didn’t they?
Preity was her radiant self in a bright red lehenga designed by close friend
Manish Malhotra, while Gene looked ‘good enough’ in a Raghavendra Rathore
hand-tailored achkan. Raghavendra took to social media to share this gorgeous
pic of the couple.
Preity’s wedding was a well-kept secret and the world
got a whiff of the do only after the rituals were over. The actress’ close
friends Sussanne Khan and designer Surily Goel had attended the ceremony in LA.
But the two were careful enough to not post pictures of the couple on
social media. Preity and her husband hosted a grand reception for her B-Town
friends in May which was attended by the who’s who of Bollywood.
On the work front, Preity is currently shooting for
Bhaiyyaji Superhitt in Benaras. The film features Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel,
Arshad Warsi, Evelyn Sharma, Mithun Chakraborty, Prakash Raj and Shreyas
Talpade in pivotal roles. The film was first announced in 2011, but was delayed
due to various reasons.
