Video: Radhika Apte’s Nude Scene blurred in Ajay Devgn’s Parched
You won’t see the much-hyped scene between Radhika Apte & Adil Hussain on the big screen
This
is yet again a classic case of creativity going kaput. SpotboyE.com told you
few days back how Radhika Apte’s nude scene from the film Parched went viral and became the talk of town on
WhatsApp in no time.
And now we hear that the makers have blurred the same scene
in the film. The step amuses us as the scene in question has already become
viral and has been consumed by the public on social media. We wonder, will
blurring the scene hamper the flow of creativity in the film?
No brownie points to guess who plied the scissors here! Going
by the state of Censor Board right now, may be their ‘sanskari thoughts’ played the devil. Following which Ajay Devgn-who
is producing the film-must have thought it’s better to comply than get involved
in board’s illogical arguments.
Coming back to the scene, it shows
Radhika making wild, passionate love to Adil Hussain. Parched is directed by
Leena Yadav. The film garnered lot of accolades at the recently concluded IFF,
Melbourne.
Parched set in an Indian village, deals with
female sexuality thriving in a repressed world of gender inequities and
patriarchy. In the story, Leena dwells upon the fact that sexual ecstasy is not
a male prerogative--- it is something which even a woman has a right to. The
film is set to release in the US on September 17 & in India on September
23.
