that she was being considered hotly to star opposite Shahid Kapoor in Prerna
Arora and Arjun N Kapoor's Batti Gul Meter Chalu, to be directed by Shree Narayan
Singh (of Toilet- Ek Prem Katha fame).

We had also told you that Prerna is keen on casting Kat. Meanwhile, Shree Narayan Singh had thought of Shraddha Kapoor and Vaani Kapoor too as the female lead.
