After proving his acting capabilities, actor Kunal Kapoor now wants to show that he is capable of finding a good leader. As part of the Indian Leadership Initiative (ILI) which is a collaboration between Aspen Institute US and Aspen Institute India, the aim of the programme is to find and nurture the next generation of leaders in the country.
The programme goes this way: 20 people from different walks of life are called upon to talk at 4 seminars around the world over a period of 18 months. Kapoor is one of the speakers who will talk at the seminar.
Incidentally, Kapoor is the only actor chosen by ILI to be part of this programme.
