The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), on Sunday, arrested three persons, including Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, after they were questioned in the wake of Saturday night’s raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast. SRK, who is going through a difficult time, has been receiving support from his friends from the industry on social media. Actors Pooja Bhatt and Suchitra Krishnamoorthi have come out in SRK’s support on Twitter amid the arrest of his son, Aryan Khan.
Taking to Twitter, Pooja, who had worked with Shah Rukh in Chaahat, tweeted, “I stand in solidarity with you @iamsrk Not that you need it. But I do. This too, shall pass.”
While extending her support, SRK’s Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa co-star Suchitra Krishnamoorthi stated that seeing one's child in distress is hard for a parent. She wrote, “Nothing harder for a parent than seeing their child in distress. Prayers to all.”
In another follow-up tweet, she said, “For all those targeting #Bollywood remember all the #NCB raids on film stars? Yes nothing was found and nothing was proved. #Bollywood gawking is a tamasha. It's the price of fame.”

Meanwhile, before Aryan’s arrest, actor Suniel Shetty had also reacted to it at an event. Speaking to media, Suniel was quoted by ANI news agency as saying, “When a raid is conducted at a place, many people are taken into custody. We assume that a particular boy must have consumed it (drugs). The process is on. Let's give that child a breather. Let real reports come out. Whenever something happens in Bollywood, the media scrutinises everything and jumps to conclusions. Give the child a chance. Let the truth come out. It is our responsibility to take care of the child.”
Last night, Salman Khan had also visited Shah Rukh Khan's residence to extend his support to the family.
