The actress, who had been finalised for the lead role in YRF's Salman starrer Sultan, has decided that she'd rather revive her cousin Parineeti Chopra's career with the same film. With Salman in it, a hit is almost guaranteed.
So, our PeeCee advised Parineeti to have a word with YRF's head honcho Aditya Chopra. And guess what! Adi wants Parineeti in the film!!
No prizes for guessing that PeeCee too put in a good word for her darlin' sister.
On the other hand, Ali Abbas Zafar (of Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and Gunday fame) who will wield the megaphone for Sultan is a bit skeptical if Parineeti fits the bill. A final decision is expected in the next couple of days, but Parineeti is smiling from ear to ear. Sources close to the film reveal that Parineeti's inclusion in the film is now a mere formality.
