With the second wave of COVID-19, many Indians have also turned to Ayurveda to keep the virus at bay and many such tips and trick came from Yog guru, Ramdev Baba has come to the forefront. Now, Saif Ali Khan’s sister Saba Ali Khan shared a news article where Ramdev has suggested putting mustard oil in the nostrils as a cure for the deadly virus. In her Insta Stories, she spoke about this being a new trick and also asked if anyone has tried and further asking if it has worked.

On her Insta Stories, Saba wrote, “Try something new”, “Has anyone tried this? Would it work” The snippet of the article shared by Saba has Ramdev baba claims if one puts mustard oil drops in their nostrils, it will flow into your stomach followed by an acidic reaction that will wipe out the virus? In the article the yog guru has also shared it can also be used by people who are not tested positive for COVID-19.

Though we do not authenticate the remedy stated by Ramdev Baba, a doctor's advice for Covid-19 treatment is the best process to adapt. Saba was seen urging residents of Bhopal to stay indoors and follow safety measures during the pandemic to be safe.
