The heavy downpour yesterday didn’t deter our celebrities from honouring their professional commitments. To begin with, we spotted Sajid Nadiadwala at a suburban five-star where he was conferred France's prestigious Chevalier dans l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters) award for his contribution to boosting Indo-French partnership in cinema. French Ambassador to India, Alexandre Ziegler, presented him the honour.
Jacqueline Fernandez, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff, Vishal Bhardwaj, David Dhawan, Chunkey Pandey and Suneil Shetty were present at the ceremony to cheer the filmmaker on. Jacqueline, who usually wows us with her outfit choices, disappointed this time around. The red dress with bell sleeves was plain drab.
Elsewhere in the city, we spotted the cast of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Mirzya --Saiyami Kher and Harshvardhan Kapoor – promoting the film. We quite liked Saiyami chic look. Undoubtedly, the off-shoulder trend is here to stay.
Paparazzi also clicked Alia Bhatt and Bipasha Basu at the airport yesterday and, as expected, both had their fashion game on point. Alia looked stylish in a black outfit paired with sneakers, while Bips, who returned from Kolkata, looked pretty in denims and floral jacket.
Sunny Leone and Sharman Joshi were present at the song launch of their upcoming film, Fuddu. Sunny’s husband, Daniel Weber was also seen at the do.
