After the remarkable success of its first season, Amazon Original Series Mirzapur created history with its second season. Now, riding high on the success of Season 2 of Mirzapur, Amazon Prime Video also announced the greenlighting of Season 3 of the series which boasts a stellar ensemble cast featuring Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyenndu Sharma, Shweta Tripathi Sharma, Rasika Dugal, Harshita Shekhar Gaur.
The second season of Mirzapur not only recorded one of the highest completion rates but remarkably most of the viewers binge-watched the second season with a great dedication that they completed it within 48 hours of its launch, setting a new benchmark. Well, with that hope and zest, the makers are all set to bring back the magic and terror of Mirzapur yet again. Talking about season three and cashing upon the audience’s love for Mirzapur, producer Ritesh Sidhwani of Excel Entertainment said, “Across two gripping seasons, Mirzapur has become a global sensation and we couldn’t be happier associating with Amazon Prime Video to make this happen!
