Celebrity influence in India is massive. The stars not only have the power to infuse new thoughts, but also have the capacity to bring about changes in our society. When a celebrity speaks up for a social cause, it creates a bigger impact. Shefali Jariwala, fondly known as the Kaanta Laga Girl and who was last seen in Bigg boss 13 is often seen speaking up against online bullying & giving it back to haters/trolls unapologetically. She believes that constructive criticism is good but one must put their foot down when it gets personal.

On the occasion of International Women's Day, Shefali posted a video where she addressed the issue of the increase in crime rates towards women during the lockdown. ALSO READ: International Women's Day 2021: Jasmin Bhasin Calls It A Day Of 'Gender Equality', Nyra Banerjee Says, 'We Can't Be Taken Care Of Just One Day'
