Splitsvilla X4 stars Justin D’Cruz and his girlfriend Sakshi Shrivas recently found themselves at the centre of online controversy after a video featuring the couple went viral with claims that it was a leaked MMS. The short, casual clip — which showed Justin shirtless and talking with Sakshi — began circulating on social media and was widely shared with captions suggesting that an intimate video had been leaked.
As the clip gained traction, people across platforms started asking for links to what they believed was the full MMS, prompting both Justin and Sakshi to address the matter directly. Fans and followers were quick to react, and the duo eventually chose to clarify the situation on their official Instagram handles.
In their clarification video, Justin pointed out that the viral footage was not any kind of MMS. He explained that the clip was taken from one of their regular vlogs, and had been edited and misrepresented to look scandalous. Justin also criticised how fast misinformation spreads online, especially when accounts attempt to attract attention by labelling ordinary content as something sensational. According to him, this trend says a lot about how quickly people believe and share false content without verification.
Addressing the rumours, Justin said: “Aajkal mere feed pe mere aur Sakshi ke MMS video leak ho gayi hai aur log link pe link maang rahe hai… Firstly, it is nothing, it is fake. Vo humare koi toh vlog ki clip hai.”
In their joint message, they urged followers to stop sharing and promoting the misleading content, emphasising that there is no MMS and no link, and that what was circulating was simply a segment from one of their vlogs.
