Ranbir Kapoor has made another major investment in real estate. The Bollywood star has reportedly purchased four adjoining land parcels in Pune's Mulshi taluka for a total of ₹16.42 crore, further expanding his growing property portfolio. The land deals were registered on April 30, 2026, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate analytics firm CRE Matrix.

The four land parcels are located in Pimpri village in Mulshi and together span nearly 1,04,000 square metres (around 25.7 acres). Reports state that the combined stamp duty paid for the transactions was approximately ₹82.13 lakh.

Among the four purchases, the biggest plot measures 43,800 square metres and was acquired for ₹7.08 crore. Another 29,900-square-metre parcel was bought for ₹4.62 crore, while a 21,400-square-metre plot cost ₹3.32 crore. The fourth parcel, measuring 8,900 square metres, was reportedly purchased for ₹1.40 crore. All four properties were bought from sellers Arun Sriram Luthra, Naveen Sriram Luthra and Mala Umesh Mehta.

Mulshi has become one of Maharashtra's most sought-after destinations for premium land investments due to its scenic surroundings, improving infrastructure and proximity to Pune. Over the past few years, the region has attracted several high-net-worth individuals looking for large land holdings and luxury developments.

This isn't Ranbir's first high-profile property purchase in recent months. Earlier this year, the actor invested in a premium plot at The Sarayu project in Ayodhya, adding another landmark asset to his real estate portfolio. With his latest acquisition in Pune, Ranbir continues to strengthen his investments beyond Mumbai while balancing his successful film career.
