Veteran actor Shakti Kapoor has strongly reacted to recent false reports claiming that he had passed away. The actor clarified that he is completely fine, healthy, and happy, and also confirmed that he will take strict action against those spreading such misinformation online.
Shakti Kapoor addressed the issue through a video message, where he directly spoke to his fans and dismissed the viral rumours. He said, “I am absolutely healthy and happy. My death news is completely fake. Please do not believe or circulate such news.” The actor also expressed his anger over the irresponsible circulation of false information on social media, especially involving sensitive topics like death.
He further stated that such rumours not only mislead the public but also disturb his family and close friends. Kapoor mentioned that he is deeply affected by how quickly fake news spreads online and creates unnecessary panic among fans.
In the same video, the actor made it clear that he intends to take legal action. He confirmed that a cyber complaint will be filed against the people responsible for spreading the false reports. He said that such behaviour is unacceptable and must be stopped, adding, “I am going to complaint about it. This is not good.”
