The trailer of Director Aniket Chattopadhyay's  Hobu Chandra Raja Gobu Chandra Mantri has released. The film is a satire on modern society and it is well shown in it. The film stars Saswata Chatterjee, Arpita Chatterjee, Kharaj Mukherjee in the lead role.

Dev Adhikari production is bankrolling the film. “দক্ষিণারঞ্জন মিত্র মজুমদারের ঠাকুরদার ঝুলির কাহিনী অবলম্বনে দেব এন্টারটেইনমেন্ট ভেঞ্চারস-এর পরবর্তী প্রয়াস “হবুচন্দ্র রাজা গবুচন্দ্র মন্ত্রী”।আসছে এই গ্রীষ্মে।“

The trailer opens with Saswata Chatterjee, Arpita Chatterjee coming in their kingdom with a child in hand. Everyone is happy and king is also keeping everyone happy. There are no dialogues in the trailer and everyone is dressed up showing the era of kings in India. As the trailer proceeded, it shows a new minister entering into the palace and how things changes after that. 

The film is based on Dakhinaranjan Mitra Majumdar's stories — Hobu Chandra Raja and Sarkar er Chhele. It is a story of a state where everyone is living happily until one day a new mantri is appointed and he tells the king that his state has a financial problem. On the other side, another story is also running which shows a teacher and his student who also come to the same state to earn a livelihood. But somehow the teacher is not happy the way the state is being run and he leaves. But while going he tells his student to call him if he needs his help. Meanwhile, a thief dies when a wall falls on him. The punishment was given to the man who had built the wall. But somehow, the main accused got replaced by the student. How Guruji will save his student?
