Gumnaami Second Song ‘Kadam Kadam’ Featuring Anirban Bhattacharya Released
Gumnaami has been grabbing eyeballs ever since Srijit Mukheji had announced it. Recently the filmmakers have released the second song of the movie ‘Kadam Kadam’. It is an inspiring song that was originally written and composed in 1942 by Pt. Vanshidhar Shukla and Ram Singh Thakuri respectively.

“An anthem that has inspired generations to overcome any hurdle and march on...Presenting #KadamKadam, the second song of #Gumnaami,” Prosenjit Chatterjee tweeted.

Listen to the track here:

This is a march song for INA which Netaji had formed. The song has been recreated by Indraadip Dasgupta keeping the motivational spirit of the song intact. It has been sung by Ishan Mitra.

The song shows the motivational journey of Anirban Bhattacharya who is doing research work to find the missing links about Netaji’s disappearance. In the video, it is shown he is engrossed in his research work that begins from some studies on personal computer at home and ends with the huge collection of books in National Library. Also the song highlights how his dedication for his research work is creating a distance between him and the woman in his life played by Tnusree.

The film will show three popular theories related with Netaji’s death. These three theories are, he died in the plane crash in Taiwan, he died in Russia and the other theory is that he died at an older age while living a secret life as Gumnaami baba.
