Actress Paoli Dam Heartbroken By Assam Floods, Urges Fans To Donate
Actress Paoli Dam shared a post at her official Twitter handle to spread awareness on the critical condition of Assam and urge people to provide aid. The situation in Assam is worsening day by day and 70 per cent of the Kaziranga National Park is submerged in water.

“Absolutely heartbroken to know how humans and animals are so devastatingly affected by the flood in Assam! We should all come together and do whatever little bit we can,” she tweeted.

Kaziranga National Park in Assam is home to the world's largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses. Other animals like tigers and elephants are also found in the forest. With floods wreaking havoc in Assam, animals were taken to the highlands.

On the work front, Paoli Dam will be next seen in Shantilal O Projapoti Rohoshyo opposite Ritwick Chakraborty and the trailer has been released. The detective thriller directed by Pratim D Gupta.

In the movie, Ritwick plays Shantilal who is not a professional detective but he is a journalist in a newspaper. He turns out to be a detective when he gets involved in a mystery related to a superstar. Paoli Dam is playing the superstar role.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time that Pratim D Gupta has made detective thriller.  Pratim’s earlier hits Saheb Bibi Golaam and Machher Jhol was also released in August.
