Every actor and actress is busy showcasing their best in the Durga Puja. They are busy purchasing and gifting to their loved ones. And in this race, actresses are sharing their secrets which they love doing this festival.

One such secret was revealed by Parno Mitra. The actress was reported saying that she love wearing red colour in Puja. 
“I have gifted myself a red Banarasi, but I can’t wear it since the blouse isn’t ready. I might just team it up with a brocade blouse I have. Red is my favourite colour and I try to wear more of it during Puja for that rich festive look,” Parno was quoted saying to The Times of India. 


On the work front, she will be next seen in Raj Chakraborty next film. The film will be a political drama set in a locality situated near border area. The film will revolve around five central characters an aged woman, a girl who is her caretaker and three strangers who come to take shelter in her house. It will focus on the equations between these five characters, going through a situation of communal violence around them.

Veteran actress Swatilekha Sengupta will be seen playing the aged woman. The other four characters will be played by Ritwick Chakraborty, Soham Chakraborty, Subhashree Ganguly and Parno Mittra. Both Swatilekha Sengupta and Parno Mittra will be working with Raj Chakraborty for the first time. Also it will be the first time when Ritwick Chakraborty and Soham Chakraborty will share screen together.
