Agantuk: Indraadip Dasgupta Praises Abir Chatterjee, Sohini Sarkar For Their Performance

Director Indraadip Dasgupta has released the teaser of Agantuk starring Abir Chatterjee, Sohini Sarkar in the lead role. The film teaser is appreciated by everyone and especially Sohini Sarkar. Bankrolled by the Sunday Entertainment, the film is expected to release in April.
Indraadip Dasgupta did not expect this kind of response from the fans. He said, “Both Abir and Sohini performance in the film is excellent. In the film, Sohini will be seen essaying role of two age groups.”

The teaser opens with the introduction of Sohini Sarkar as an old lady named Shobharani Basu. She lives alone in her home and her children is living abroad. There is a maid who takes care of her and Sarkar also trust her a lot. Sohini also has a tenant living in her house and they are not happy because of Sarkar’s complaining nature. In the short video, a story is also running in the flashback which shows Abir Chatterjee as her husband. Sohini wants to live with her children but they are not interested. She is also blackmailed by a property seller who wants her home. But things turn upside down when one-day Sohini Sarkar was found dead inside the house.
Meanwhile, Abir Chatterjee has recently completed the shooting of Maaya Kumari which is a biopic on famous Bengali actress. He will be seen opposite Rituparna Sengupta.
