Indraadip Dasgupta’s Agantuk official poster has made movie buff crazy. The poster starring Sohini Sarkar in a never seen avatar is making the film talk of the town. The film will see Abir Chatterjee in the lead role and now the filmmakers have revealed the official teaser releasing date. The teaser will be releasing tomorrow i.e. February 28.

Abir Chatterjee shared the information on his official Twitter handle and wrote, “So the teaser is ready..coming up next #Agantuk by @iindraadip co_starring  @sohinisarkar01.”


Agantuk story revolves around the life of an elderly woman, who is found dead in her residence. Is it a murder or an accident? How things unfold after the murder is what the film is all about. Abir Chatterjee will be seen playing a key role. Actress Sohini Sarkar is playing the role of an elderly woman.

Abir Chatterjee and Sohini Sarkar had shared screen space earlier too in the movie Byomkesh Gotro. Satyakam, a young boy comes to Byomkesh in Kolkata and introduces himself as a son of a business magnate from Mussourie. He confesses that he is a womaniser by nature. He invites Byomkesh to come to Mussoorie because he feels that his life is under threat. When Byomkesh reaches Mussoorie, finds that Satyakam was murdered mysteriously. Boymkesh starts an investigation which reveals a dark history of Satyakam's family.
