Actor-Director Priyadarshan Jadhav who recently entertained the Marathi audiences with his hit comedy Choricha Mamla praises his co-stars Jitendra Joshi, Siddharth Menon, and his friend Nikhil Mahajan who all are a part of Netflix Original’s new horror series Betaal. The Marathi actors are unleashing hell in this horror series Betaal. Priyadarshan appreciates their talent in his post on Instagram.
Priyadarshan writes, “आज #Netflix वर #बेताल ही वेब सीरिज रिलीज होत आहे. (रागात ) आनंदाचा दिवस!”. In his long and emotional post, he writes that he envies his college friend Jitendra Joshi who has amassed immense success with Sacred Games, Choricha Mamla, and Betaal. He also praises Siddharth Menon for his amazing performance that will send your hair standing up on it’s ends. He also praises director Nikhil Mahajan. After the failure of Baaji, Priyadarshan himself ridiculed Baaji, but he now admires his persistence and skill. Priyadarshan even admits he is jealous of this power-team.
Betaal released on May 24, 2020. Renowned horror studio Blumhouse Television, SK Global Entertainment, and Red Chillies Entertainment come together to present this horror web series on Netflix. The story is set in a remote village, which is infected with a curse the walking dead zombie redcoats. Betaal is created, directed, and written by Ghoul director Patrick Graham and Nikhil Mahajan.
