Director Birsa Dasgupta latest movie ‘Bibaho Obhijaan’ has been doing well on the box office. The director has already started his next project and he has tweeted about it on his official Twitter handle.
“#NewProfilePic I reel you,” he captioned. In the picture, Dasgupta is seen sitting on director chair and he is looking into the camera.
However, there is no official confirmation of his next project. But according to the reports, he will be directing two films. Haawa Bandook-a romance drama against the backdrop of political violence and another is Kaala Khoon which deals with mining mafia.
Birsa Dasgupta’s last movie Bibaho Obhijaan featured Ankush and Rudranil Ghosh. The movie revolves around two friends. They get frustrated with their married life and plan to leave behind their wives played by Nusraat Faria and Sohini Sarkar. However, their destiny brings them to a dacoit played by Anirban Bhattacharya who also having a difficult time to woo his love interest played by Priyanka Sarkar. What happens next forms the crux of the film.
