Ritabhari Chakraborty’s upcoming film ‘Brahma Janen Gopon Kommoti’ is already talk of the town ever since its poster was released. The poster of the film is interesting also and at the same time it is satire on our society. Ritabhari Chakraborty will be seen as the lead actress of the film.
Ritabhari said that the poster shows a woman as an idol with so many hands which are carrying sanitary pad, a painkiller, a hot water bag and many other things. “There are so many rules when women are in periods like not allowed to go inside the temple or kitchen and this film will talk about all those taboos,” she said to The Times of India.
The film has recently wrapped up the shooting. The film is expected to release next year at Women Day. Apart from Ritabhari, Soham Majumdar who has recently delivered a much appreciated performance in the film Kabir Singh, will be seen in the film.
Brahma Janen Gopon Kommoti story will revolve around Ritabhari, who is a lecturer and performing artiste. But she is into another profession too. When an encounter with Vikramaditya leads to a marriage proposal, she tells her would-be groom about her multiple identities. Then her would be husband force her to follow only one profession. How will she do it?
